Po pewnych perturbacjach dotarła do mnie paczka z Van Records, a środku najnowsza płyta Misotheist oraz koszulka. Jestem tym szcześliwcem, że nie skusiłem się na odsłuch płyty gdy została umieszczona na bandcamp itp... W przypadku dwóch poprzednich płyt tego zespołu, płyty były dla mnie asłuchalne, wszystko przez brzmienie ( nic nie było słychać i nic nie dawało podkręcanie głośności potencjometrem ). Tu co pierwsze rzuca się, to poprawione brzmienie - w końcu słychać bas, wokal również. Natomiast poprwiłbym jeszcze perkusje, żeby brzmiała bardziej potężnie. Płyta składa się z trzech utworów, co przekłada się na 38,22 minut norweskiego black metalu. Mimo długich kompozycji, to nie ma znużenia - w obrębie każdej kompozycji dzieje się dużo, wystarczy się wsłuchać i wyłapie się wszystkie ukryte niuanse. Świat Misotheist na pewno nie jest dla każdego, potrzeba cierpliwości oraz wczucia się w ten pełen mroku muzyczny świat. Przede mną jeszcze niejeden odsłuch tej świetniej płyty, co z chęcią będę czynił i polecam każdemu słuchaczowi dobrego norweskiego black metalu. Odrębna pochawała należy się za oprawę graficzną, mimo iż książeczki z tekstami brak, to grafika oraz slipcase robią ogromne wrażenie. Płyta na pewno pojawi się w podsumowaniu roku w kategorii światowgo black metalu. AVE.

I'm lucky that I wasn't tempted to listen to the album when it was posted on Bandcamp, etc. In the case of the band's two previous albums, the albums were unlistenable to me, all because of the sound (I couldn't hear anything and turning up the volume with the potentiometer didn't help). . What comes first is the improved sound - you can finally hear the bass and the vocals as well. However, I would improve the drums to make it sound more powerful. The album consists of three songs, which translates into 38.22 minutes of Norwegian black metal. Despite the long compositions, there is no boredom - there is a lot going on in each composition, just listen carefully and you will catch all the hidden nuances. The world of Misotheist is certainly not for everyone, you need patience and understanding this dark musical world. I still have many listens to this great album, which I will gladly do and I recommend it to every listener of good Norwegian black metal. The graphic design deserves special praise - although there is no booklet with lyrics, the graphics and the slipcase are very impressive. The album will definitely appear in the year's summary in the global black metal category. AVE.
